when office men and women hang at night clubs
to enjoy the weekend.

Ours
is the kind which birthed
from a complex and dense relationship
— or probably from the one that is about to end.

And I,
I am one of those illegitimate lovers
who compensate on what their lawful partners
could not provide them,
the one who always waits,
hopes for sweet kisses and yearns for warm embrace
